One buyer gave me three 1-star negative review, 2 of them involve personal emotional venting.
How does Amazon evaluate a customer who posts a 1-star negative review on a product page after a bad shopping experience, and continues to post multiple 1-star negative reviews on other product pages? (Even if he did not buy other products)
This customer mentioned: "I'll continue to tell people to avoid ***(brand name) products at all costs."
Even if I "report" under the relevant comments. Amazon did nothing. Isn't this considered revenge and hate behavior?

Hello @Seller_neP4kjYk5cmjg- and thanks for highlighting this situation for us here on the seller forums!
You can look to this recent forums post detailing the process for reporting reviews, and reviewing profiles, to Amazon for potential removal, including reaching out to community-help@amazon.com with complete context on the situation. While the team behind that alias may not respond to all submissions, all will be reviewed for appropriate action.
I hope this information helps, and thank you again for looking to the forums for guidance.
Best,
Danny
