Cancellation rate 8%
Hello, I’m a new seller here. I cancelled an order because it was to France (I’ve never chosen to accept international orders I don’t know how they ordered). Also, they messaged me after, asking to send it to a UK address.
I don’t know how Amazon works, but with eBay, if a customer asks you to post to somewhere different than the customers address, we should cancel the order because there is no protection for the seller.
I now have an 8% cancellation rate. Is there any way to get this removed? As I don’t believe it should be counted as a negative as the buyer was asking unreasonable demands.

unfortunately not
the only way a cancellation request doesn’t go against you on amazon is if the buyer messages you with the specific email header ‘order cancellation request’
you need to check your holiday settings that you have all but UK set to inactive and make sure international shipping is unticked on all shipping templates
