Read onlyhello,
I have a very big issue. I am trying to close my Amazon seller account.
I have created the removal order of all inventory items.
I have waited more than 90 days.
I have paid all or any fees and outstanding balances.
Now the problem is that Amazon found 2 unfulfillable items in a warehouse somewhere and it is preventing me to close the account.
I have contacted Amazon maybe 20 times regarding this issue and I cannot seem to get an answer or a solution.
I cannot create a removal order and it doesn’t state any other information except that the items have been damaged in the warehouse and that no further action is required an that’s it.
Every time i contact Amazon or get them to call me they all state that this issue their policies but none have any ideas or solutions on how to deal with this.
I have never seen such level of incompetence and disorganisation in my life to be honest and in 5 years since i had my account it has allways been a nightmare to sort any problems out.
Did anyone else have any similar problems and managed to get anywhere?
Can you ask Amazon to dispose of them? This is obviously the problem with closing your account as if Amazon are acknowledging they have damaged them then they owe you some compensation however small.
Ask for them to be disposed of (there is a cost to this) if you can. Your acount will have to be active and have your bank details on though to either receive the compensation or pay for the disposal.
downgrade the account to individual and change your CC
Hello @Seller_qY2PzfMTujLN9, I want to check if there is any progress on your account closure case.
Best regards, Julia.
