Never been paid in 3 months
Hi everyone,
We’ve been selling A LOT on Amazon for about 3 months now. We’ve requested payments maybe 10-15 times and each time the payment has failed or has been cancelled. We checked with Amazon and some of this was due to our company bank account not being verified. So we verified it. Then we had payments cancelled because the account was suspended for ‘reviews’ that lasted no more than a couple of hours and subsequently cancelled our pending disbursement, meaning we had to start a new one.
We’re now 2 months down the line with this and they have stopped responding to our help requests. We have not been able to pay our suppliers, meaning they will no longer provide us with credit to purchase the products we sell and, even worse, we have not been able to pay some staff that we brough ton for this, meaning one of them has actually left for another position.
We are in serious need of help from Amazon, They are running our business into the ground and we do not understand why. They owe us thousands of pounds and are with-holding it from us.
Can anyone from Amazon or from the forum community please help us?

Hi All,
If anyone is lookinf for the solution to the same problem, it was because our credit card details needed tolbe updated as our other one had expired. We uploaded the new credit card details, our reserve was released and then our disbursement processed.

Yeah the problem is your technically dropshipping in Amazon’s eyes which is not allowed. What Amazon wants you to do is ship stock you have there to ship instantly. Regardless of how the industry you’re in works what you are already doing is dropshipping on Amazon’s behalf through your marketplace therefore they want as few links in the chain as possible. This is also why FBA gets priority over SFO for the Buy Box. Sadly Amazon is a big company and if you arent fulfilling orders and have a big ODR Amazon will go to another seller that can fulfill it or go directly to whoever you ship from. Amazon will also be keeping your money incase further claims or issues come through so focus on getting your ODR down and eventually they will pay out

You are also allowed to dropship with amazon though:
Can we use Amazon for dropship?
Is dropshipping allowed on Amazon? Yes, as long as your business follows Amazon’s dropshipping policy, you can use dropshipping for your business on Amazon . To use dropshipping services for your business on Amazon, you must: Be the seller of record of your products.

Amazon UK Drop Ship policy copied from Amazon help.
Drop shipping Policy
Drop shipping, or allowing a third-party to fulfil orders to customers on your behalf, is not acceptable unless it is clear to the customer that you are the seller of record. The following examples of drop shipping are policy violations that may result in a restriction of your ability to sell using Amazon’s Merchant Fulfilled Network (MFN):
- Purchasing products from another online retailer and having that retailer ship directly to customers, if the shipment does not identify you as the seller of record or if anyone other than you (including the other online retailer) appears on packing slips, invoices or external packaging, it is strictly prohibited without exception; or
- Shipping orders with packing slips, invoices, external packaging or other information indicating a seller name or contact information other than your own is also strictly prohibited.
Any time a customer sees packaging, invoices or receipts identifying a seller that is not either you or Amazon it creates confusion for the customer about how their order is being fulfilled and whom they should contact with any problems or questions.
If you intend to fulfil orders using a drop shipper you must always:
- Have an agreement with your supplier that they will identify you, and no one else, as the seller of your products on all packing slips, invoices, external packaging and other information included or provided in connection with the products;
- Remove any packing slips, invoices, external packaging or other information identifying a third-party drop shipper prior to shipping the order;
- Be responsible for accepting and processing customer returns of your products; and
- Comply with all other terms of your seller agreement and applicable Amazon policies.
Hope this helps on UK Dropshipping FBM rules

Can you please tell me how you verified at amazon paymemts, they stuck us at verification and i haven’t paid since September. Now they deactivated although previously deducted all fees and taxes. At the time of disbursement they suspend the account.
