Hi, I hope someone can advise please. I have been trading as a sole trader on Amazon for 2 years and on Wednesday I sent an e-mail stating I waned to change the Entity of my account to a Ltd company and asked what is required.
I have just received this email from Amazon today. Every reply is important and I don’t want to say the wrong thing.
Any help would be appreciated.Thanks

What you actually should have done, was use the transfer account option to go to Ltd.

If the option is still available and they haven’t actually started the process, then I would suggest that you use that instead. Just ensure that you have all of the relevant documentation in place, before starting it.
