RM 2nd class parcel delivered but customer saying not received
Hi Guys,
Sorry guys if it’s already been covered. Customer is saying parcel not received but it is saying delivered with the tracking ref no. and customer is asking for refund or send the parcel again. Please advise where do I stand and if I could ask Royalmail?

yes I have send the tracking info but didn’t send the gps location as it was block of flats.
