Received a product review violation when I have never sold any units of the product and was the only listed seller. Account health are really not helping!!

So I am writing this discussion out of sheer frustration and am hoping either sellers or an Amazon staff member can help.
This has been going on since May and I have appealed more times than I can count on both hands so much so that any appeals are being declined within minutes.
I have created around 3 cases all of which have been transferred, the first of which was around two months ago and the last a week ago. Non have been replied to.
In May I received a product review violation for an ASIN that i listed but never sold. At the time of the violation I was the only seller.
I reached out to account health explaining this saying that as I had never sold the product (supported with evidence) I could not manipulate any reviews and as I was the only seller I could neither myself nor anyone I know leave any other seller a review for this product as no one else was selling it.
Straighforward right?! you would think so but clearly not for some reason that cannot be explained.
Each and every appeal has been declined even after speaking to the account health team on the phone on several occasions who said just to reappeal with the same information.
So today I decided I wanted to start reselling this product and decided to speak to account health before I appealed for the umpteenth time just to make sure that I was putting in the correct information as the rest had been declined. The agent told me to go through the review policy and include any information that may have resulted in the violation and explain my action plan to rectify this. So I duly read it and broke down every point and included each point within my appeal and how I had not violated each one (all were supported by the fact I never sold a unit and was the only seller) Within minutes it was declined. Clearly a human didnt look at the appeal. The reason given was that there now multiple review violations! seriously?!
I rang them and spoke to another specialist who confused me even more by saying the product review violation was to do with with messages I had sent to a handful of buyers saying I was having to cancel their orders as the product was not available (at the time i was using a dropshipper, soon stopped this as was causing issues, this was over a year ago) This is where I got frustated saying what has this to do with product reviews. I said the violation is to do with product reviews (i have no other violation) , nothing else, but she was adamant they were connected and she told me to address everything again in an appeal...pointless! Ihave been through the cancellation policies and review policies and there is nowhere that it shows a connection between the two
So does anyone here know how I can circumnavigate this as I am continually getting turned down when I clearly shouldn't be and I am not willing to waste anymore time appealing when I know the outcome nor raise a case when again these are being transferred and ignored nor speak to an account health specialist.
I am at a total loss about what to do
