Excessive Delay in Shipment Delivery - 2 Pallets Stuck in Transit Since September

Hello fellow sellers,

I’m hoping to get some insights or advice here. We created a shipment (2 pallets) on September 16th, and it was picked up by UPS on September 19th. However, the shipment has been "In Transit" since September 25th, and we were just informed that UPS has a delivery slot for October 20th to the Amazon warehouse.

Isn’t a one-month delay excessive for just two pallets? This is seriously affecting our stock management and sales, and we’re getting little help from support. Has anyone else experienced such long delays recently, and how did you handle it? Any tips or advice would be much appreciated!

There are delays for pallet deliveries. We have had one shipment waiting at the supplier's for 2 weeks and have only been told that these will booked for delivery in 3 weeks.

Another shipment also got delayed last month by 3 weeks.
