I have received negative feedback on order 026-7527129-7923521 stating that the delivery was made to post office address as requested but the seller failed to put their name on the parcel so this caused difficulties with them collecting the item. As the seller I simply printed the label from the address provided by Amazon so if the buyer never included their name when providing a delivery address that is no fault of the seller. I have tried to get this feedback removed by raising a case but as usual Amazon just keep closing down the case with no action. Once again this is just so unfair. Can you please see if you can help get this removed.
