Shrunken images

Hi

I keep getting quality alerts on my listings from shrunken images, however all my images are large, high quality files so I am confused at why they are suddenly much smaller. I have tried fixing some of these by deleting and re-uploading the image. This doesn’t always seem to stick and there are more and more quality alerts appearing. Has anyone else had this issue?

Hi,

Same issue here, it seems to be mainly on my angle view of the product, where the actual product has more white space. My images are large too but I am guessing that too much white space is causing the Issue here. I have made the images even larger now on the angle views which helps solve the problem but going back to edit all my listings is a true nightmare !
