Restricted Policy Violations For Beauty Lines
So I’m receiving Restricted Policy Violations for the sale of beauty lines containing banned ingredients Isopropylparaben, Isobutylparaben, Phenylparaben, Benzylparaben or Pentylparaben.
My issue is that the products do not contain any of these ingredients according to the ingredient information and despite forwarding copies of this my appeals to have the listings reinstated are being rejected.
Has anyone else come across this? and how did you deal with it? and what was the outcome?.

We get these regularly too, sometimes even saying they contain parts of whale or the like (even when a product is advertised as vegan)… I have no idea where AI gets this from.
We try to send pictures of the ingredients on the product and/or screenshots of the brand’s own product page with the ingredients which usually gets accepted but not always. What have you sent to them and is this your own product/brand?
