International Orders we didn't know we were getting

Hi,

We've had some orders to the netherlands, I only know this as there's an invoice in our tax document library. It must have been via FBA. How do we switch this off? I have no idea what fees we are paying. Is Amazon buying from us and then sending to them so we pay the same fees? It makes a difference if there was VAT charged or not if it counts as an export.

Thanks very much, I thought we were just signing up for UK FBA when we send goods in.

Top right of seller central screen, gear symbol, then Fulfilment by Amazon.

Ensure that "List your products across Europe" is disabled. If not, edit then disable.

Also, follow the two links in "Marketplace Enrolment in Remote Fulfilment with FBA" after "EFN between the UK and the EU" and ensure that you are not enrolled.

Ensure that "List your products across Europe" is disabled. If not, edit then disable.

Also, follow the two links in "Marketplace Enrolment in Remote Fulfilment with FBA" after "EFN between the UK and the EU" and ensure that you are not enrolled.
