First time seller - struggling to add my product!
My product is one I have created and developed. I have gained GTIN exemption and also have approval from Amazon brand registry. When I follow the instructions provided by Amazon to add a product (see below) the Save and Finish option is not active and I am stuck!
Any advice greatly appreciated.
In order to list products with GTIN exemption please follow the steps below:
- From the ‘Inventory’ tab click on ‘Add a Product’ then ‘Create a new product listing’.
- Select a category that you have been exempted for and appropriate sub-category, etc.
- Provide all the mandatory details marked in red asterisks like item name, manufacturer, etc. Please provide the brand name as **************’ and leave the product ID field blank.
- Click on the ‘Offer’ tab and provide the required information like condition, price and quantity.
- Click on ‘Save and Finish’ to create the listing.

Have you gone back through the listing to make sure that everything relevant is filled in? It wont let you save and finish if you missed a bit. Try looking at it in the advanced option

I have done my listing but when i open my listing product on amazon they showing product currently not available you should help me.

Just to let you know that I finally managed to post my product today. Don’t know exactly what the problem was but received an email from Amazon informing me that the brand had been “whitelisted”. Only took 11 days to sort out!
