I am having so much trouble getting Brand Approval, Case ID 17470669001 (approved to sell but brand still blocked)
I am trying to get approved for a brand on my Renewed seller account and it seems each rep I get gives me a different answer. Including approval but approval never goes through.
Attempt number 1. I'm told I needed invoices from a reputable supplier. "Your supplier or supplier’s supplier should have a strong web presence that can be verified". I am submitting invoices from TD Synnex a distributor that I don't think can have more of a strong web presence. It's a publicly traded company worth billions.
Attempt number 2. I am approved (Case 17470669001). Hooray! Go to list. Can't. Wait 24 hours. Still Can't. Write support back am told I'm approved again. Still can't list. Week later. Still can't list.
Attempt number 3. Rep says my business name needs to match the invoices. I explain this is account number 2, my personal name and address are the same on the invoice but business name is different because a renewed seller needs a unique DBA from their main account. I even showed the case where I was approved and I'm told sorry case closed.

Are you authorized, in writing, to retail these brands on Amazon.com? Note, you must be authorized by each of the BRANDS (like APPLE!!!) you purchase from them, NOT by anyone else.
"Because..." wont be accepted. Information on the invoice MUST MATCH information on the seller account

If that means renewed by the brand, you still need authorization.

I've had approval 3 separate times in case ID 17470669001. I still can not list the brand
