Call Me Now button and Schedule a call button not working
I have several cases where I have been trying to get a hold of Amazon through the Account Health Call Me Now Button, the Product Policy Compliance Page Call Me Now Button, Brand Registry cases, and Seller Support Cases Call me now and Schedule a Call buttons. Each time the system reply is Amazon tried calling and I missed the call. The issue is my phone never rang.
When researching this no one seems to have been able to solve this issue. Has Amazon eliminated all human interaction and pone contact for Brand Support, Account Health, and Product Policy Issues and appeals?

This is typical at this time of the year.
While you sit there and think you are the most important person selling on the sight, Amazon sees it differently. What you don't see or know is if there are 10 or 3752 other sellers ahead of you waiting for a call back, and if Amazon has assigned 3 or 9 to make the callbacks. Remember, like Jimmy Buffett says, "It's always lunchtime somewhere on the Amazon site".
