Listing deactivated pricing error
Please can someone help me I have a product that has been deactivated for pricing error, I have never ever had this before with any products I cannot put my price over £12.99 which makes me a loss, seller support do not help at all I have tried to look it up on other discussions but just don’t seem to be able to sort it help will be much appreciated thank you

It means Amazon have found your product somewhere else for a lot less and think you are conning customers.
Unfortunately no logic is applied, it could have found it on a website where shipping is added on afterwards etc.
Your only option is to price it at £12.99 and charge shipping to make up your loss, over time it might let you increase it bit by bit.

Amazon price-checks products against what is widely available on the web, if your price is high compared to other sites, then they can supress the listing as they want to be seen as the cheapest plce to purchase products.
I take it you have not set any automatic pricing rules, as if you have set automated rules and then try to manually put in a price higher than set at your maximum, then it will deactivate the listing until you either increase your maximum selling price, or decrease your live price.
