Brand registry can't get answer

Hi can someone please help me with this i have applied for amazon brand registy i have the brand name, certificate etc from UK but all i keep getting back from amazon help is this like a robot NOT A REAL PERSON

I’m not that familiar with brand registry, but it appears from what it says, that you have made an error in the application.
Your application states that it is pending, but it’s actually registered.
So I would imagine, that you simply need to change the application itself to reflect that.

It seems they are only rejecting you as in your application you said your trademark was pending, but it is now actually registered. Presumably apply saying your trademark is registered?

Hi just tried again there is nowhere to tick to state pending or not pending this was the rejection again

Here we brand registry handle the brand registry case different if we receive brand registry cases we process the request only of the brand trademark status shows to be registered and will not process it when it shows to be pending status.

Also we receive the brand registry in pending trademark case we will not process the request if the brand trademark status is registered and not in pending status. In this case scenario the brand trademark status shows to be registered and not pending. so we will not process the request of the brand registry in pending trademark case.

hi guys, im getting the exact same replies. They drive me mad. i have build up things for and waited 4 months now for my trademark and had videos done of a product so i can open a branded store to apply and face these problems which seem to get robotic replies with no help of guidance when i own the brand and trademark.

i have the registered trademark but it seems to say that they need a pending on which makes no sense as a fully registered trademark far outweighs and pending one.

it infuriates me what amazon are like!

did anyone get anywhere with this ?
