Does anybody use The Delivery Group

Please can I ask if anybody uses “The Delivery Group” to send their orders?
If so, would you recommend?

Probably need a bit more information to seek recommendations, where are you sending from and where are you sending to? Where is the stock based (country specific) and where is the stock going? (again Country specific)
I have never come across them and not familiar whether they operate their own network or broker through other networks.
If you are starting out and want to keep your VTR in check, you may want to compare it with the Amazon buy shipping function.

they have some terrible google reviews however, I am well aware that those that are happy don’t tell anyone, and those that aren’t, tell the world
as @JR_Wristbands said, its the extras such as VTR you need to be aware of
what size items are you posting - weight and format and what are their prices like compared to who you are using now ?
We have used RM for 14 years - many will not agree with us but touch wood, had very few problems
In order to save a few pennies, we went with UK Mail back in 2016 ish. They took our letters and large letters and passed them onto RM for final delivery for a saving of about 2 or 3p per item - which added up to quite a lot
We used them for 3 days - the first day they slammed us with surcharges for oversized items - which they weren’t and the 2nd and 3rd day they ‘lost’ our post causing us no end of a-z claims and INR on ebay - nearly cost us our accounts
it was that bad, they refunded us all our postage
we went back to RM on day 4 !
