maybe somebody know the contacts UPS UK the partner carrier.
I made shipment for pallet with collection date a week ago.
No collection!

You need to contact UPS and create an account with them for pallet collections
0345 787 7877
It can take a week for them to set up the account and set the collection date
Note they will not collect pallets from a residential address
