Royal Mail Credit Account- Which code to use for 2nd class tracked as the best economic option
Would like to know how other business uses Royal Mail click & drop services for tracked delivery or 48hrs delivery for large letter and parcel items. We have been recently given credit account to use for Royal mail click & drop but very confused which is the most approriate and ecomonic one to use for large letter, tracked delivery ( some of the shipping codes we see are BPR2 , BPL2, 2nd class signed for, 48hrs signed for but they seem very expensive and our large letter parcels are mostly £3.99 price. What are others using for Tracked delivery for Large letters. Highly appreciate if someone can provide any advise as we are struggling to print shipping labels and any other shipping softwares or best ways to save on shipping with tracked delivery.

There is only Track24 and Track48 beside Special delivery that is offered as fully tracked service. Track service need to be applied and pricing is based on your volume.
If your are not doing SFP, then it is not necessary to use such service unless your order value require signed for service, then track service might be advantages but not always.

Cheapest option to use is CRL48, which basically gives you final parcel confirmation without any tracking and insurance. Then BPL48, is insured upto £20 but again, you will only get final confirmation only, no tracking.
Best advice is to create as much labels as possible on single RM product service, and see the invoice generated every month or contact your account manager for more detail chat on phone.
RM account is only cheap, if you send bluk parcels in quantities. More you send, more discount you get on postage.
