VTR Rate
I have two orders that I used Evri's Bulk Send service for, they both have tracking ID's the correct courier is selected on the order page, the orders have been delivered and they're showing as such on the tracking URL, I've spoken twice with Seller Support and they insist that the information is incorrect and that the customers haven't been informed and therefore it's counted as a defect against the VTR.
The case IDs are 9859346422 and 9856096142
I'm not too bothered it's a couple from a lot of orders, I would just like to understand what is actually wrong, and if it's something that i can avoid doing again?
Any help would be appreciated.

If the orders never actually received any scan within hte Evri delivery network, then they would be invalid for VTR.
VTR isn't simply providing a valid tracking number - that ID actually needs to receive a scan.
You commonly see this on Royal Mail 2nd Class/48 whereby around 20% of deliveries don't receive their doorstep delivery scan.
Now, amazon state in the VTR policy that for unscanned orders, they will validate the fact the tracking codes you have supplied are valid BEFORE they look to supress your ability to sell in a category. For us, that was true.
You will still get VTR low warning emails if your VTR is below 95% - but provided you are using valid tracking numbers, you should be OK.
