Your payments account has failed our verification process. As a result, you can no longer sell on any Amazon’s UK or European Marketplaces.

You can access your Seller Central account for the next 40 days. After this time, you will not have access to Seller Central, including your financial reports.

Can someone here help me how to tackle this situation.

What did they ask for and what did you send ?

Are you a private seller, a sole trader or ltd ?

Now I get why amazon are having issues because you’re being economical with the truth to both us and them.

Your business address, bank account etc should match what’s on companies house and can’t be a wise account.
Your personal address is where you actually live right now not a past address you might have ID for and must match the country you’re actually living in

I think the problem is you think that changing to your old address (I’m guessing you don’t live there) is a wise move and I think amazon will have red flags for that sort of circumventing.

I’m sorry but once someone looks at your account in detail and sees that your information is all over the place… They worry you will treat the customers with as little time and energy.

You may have lost your account, I do hope not but how can puting your old address on your business details end up a good result.

The bank account you use to receive payments must be in the name of the Company or the Individual registered on the account.
