Can I see expired items?
I have some bottles of soap that have passed their sell by date. However there is nothing really wrong with soap that has passed its sell by date so therefore I would still like to try and sell them for a discount.
Anyone know if there is a problem with doing this? I will of course state that this item has passed its official sell by date.

Amazon’s rules indicate that you can’t sell anything with less than 1 month left on the sell by/use by/best before date, however they also recommend you don’t sell anything with less than 3 months left.
If you use FBA and a product has a date with less than 1 month remaining, Amazon can dispose of the stock.
If you sell the products MFN, you should be ok as long as you do’t get many customer complaints.

I’m pretty sure that if you sell outdated stock via Amazon, and a buyer complains then they will get an instant refund at your expense.
Probably best to sell this type of item via another sales channel.

I’d try ebay. I don’t think Amazon is the right marketplace for that sales model.
