Had a customer message us for a refund on the basis they sent an item and want a refund. We have not received their return. We asked for tracking -they sent us their EVRI account number with all their returns to everyone including Vinted etc !!. The only return to Amazon was listed was still at the EVRI drop off shop and had never been collected by EVRI.
We informed the customer we did not have their returned item and the item looked like was still at the drop off shop.
So.. they opened an A-Z - which we answered and lost!!!
A-Z team told us as per the tracking number Amazon provided in the case showed we had the item. Even though when you insert it to EVRI it still shows the item is at he at the drop off shop! Its never moved....
Cheers Amazon!!!! You have just helped someone defraud us - now you do not even care that the tracking shows exactly where the item is - and it is not with us? The customer will clearly know this.
