5461 error and going around in circles with support

Tried to list UPC 887961719178, but cannot as brand is Jurassic World.

Applied to list under that brand and was granted 96 hours to list.

However, when I have tried to list and still get “5461: You may not change the brand name on this ASIN. Please use the brand name currently shown on the ASIN detail page. If you believe you are using the correct brand name, follow the link and complete the form.”

So now I am going around in circles.

Any ideas?
