USA - INFORM tax interview for UK company
Any UK sellers having problems with the INFORM tax interview? They request a document from a government authority that proves your UTR tax number. I have no idea what document to provide. Any help?

You should have that on a letter from HMRC, from when you first received it.

As asked above, are you registered with HMRC as self-employed (sole-trader, partnership or ltd) ?
As long as you are they will / should accept the letter from HMRC that tells you your UTR.
