Read onlyBit of a long shot.. Has anyone worked out how to get actual support or genuine answers from the seller support team? No matter what question I ask regarding a banned item (wrongfully banned with proof provided in many different formats) I keep getting the exact same copy and paste reply. Literally 3 months and it's still not resolved. I've reached out to someone on the forum a week ago but they haven't got back to me.
Really out of ideas and I don't want the strike on my account, especially as I haven't done anything wrong.
Any advice would be amazing.
If anyone's curious, the item is a standard, clear epoxy resin. It was banned for "producing light or colour". I provided photos of the clear resin, the SDS which lists ingredients and proves its physically impossible for the item to "produce light or colour" and I have also provided photos of all sides of the product.
