Ongoing copyright dispute

Can someone please help me here as I am literally at my wits end and slowly losing my mental health.

I successfully launched my own brand registered FBA product, gaining traction, sales and reviews when suddenly my ASIN was removed for an alleged copyright infringement. One image was similar to his which was provided by the Chineses manufacturer and we had permission to use. I did however remove it and used our own images of our own branded product and successfully won an appeal. Several days later he took me down again for the same complaint. Firstly it has been nearly impossible to find out what the actual complaint is for as this is not clearly disclosed. Secondly how they remove the ASIN prevents any changes to be made as I can’t access the ASIN edit function. I have spent the best part of two months trying to find out what I need to change to solver the issue. I have changed all the images again, removed the detail page and other information via spreadsheet uploadI . Finally after escalation to actual human beings as it is now clear this system is managed by bots, he says my title is similar to his, therefore copyright. I have now been trying to change my title for two weeks but simply cannot. Seller support can’t, they passed me to catalogue department, they can’t,, I am then passed to Brand Registry who were meant to change it. Nothing has happened, then I am passed to Account Health who pass me back to Seller Support. HOW DO I CHANGE MY TITLE?

Also after much digging, the seller taking me down is actually a struck off company in the UK with no registered company at the address given! He has no copyright over the keywords used in the title, all sellers of this product have similar titles as it is just made up of the products keywords of what they actually do. Therefore they should all have their ASINS removed!! Also what is to stop him from just keeping doing this again and again. I have reached out to him multiple times only to be ignored. He clearly knows what hie is doing. The situation is ridiculous can anyone help me please
