Lost access to electronics due to VTR being 2% below aim - appeals are all being denied

Our VTR slipped under the 95% aim in the electronics section for a very short period due to swapping over to a new software. We lost access and were prompted to submit an appeal. As of right now, I've submitted 4 appeals explaining that we've swapped over our shipment software and it requires manually clicking 'fulfil orders' to send tracking information to Amazon. When we were new to the software, the warehouse staff were not in the habit of doing this.

Despite explaining everything with sufficient screenshots of our software and implementation, every single appeal has been denied. There appears to be absolutely no way whatsoever to get access to the electronics section any more. I don't believe the submissions are being checked over at all, as all the explanation and evidence very clearly explains what's gone on and how the problem has been rectified. I can only believe they are being automatically denied by Amazon's typically poor AI, with the same canned response each time.

How on Earth are you possibly supposed to submit an appeal to regain access when you've provided every shred of evidence possible and it's still being denied? Is it a numbers game to continually submit it until it miraculously ends up at the small handful of support workers that oversee the work of the 99.9% AI denials?

from Amazons point of view you are at fault here. They won’t be interested in what went wrong/ shouldn’t have happened at all from their perspective.

You're probably overcomplicating things. These appeals are either decided by Bot or by someone given the same freedom of choice as a bot.

You just need to follow their template and keep it short and simple:

"We failed to meet our VTR requirements as we disconnected our automated system and failed to manually add the tracking information to the orders. We have now reconnected our system to supply valid tracking to Amazon, re-read the VTR policy, and are double checking the tracking information has been supplied to all orders. Going forwards w will avoid this from happening again by..."
