Yesterday before 1 PM I was in the Buy Box on almost all of my >100 products. Then suddenly all my listings became unavailable to be featured. For example, for one listing the current Buy Box is 20 EUR FBA while my price is 15 EUR FBA and not in a Buy Box. Similar situation is on other listings.

• The products are of course authentic
• There is no chargebacks
• My account health is 264

Do you have any ideas about what I can do?

Amazon Seller Support sends the same useless info every time.

Hi I have a similar issue to many on here. Some counterfeiting company has randomly used one of our correctly purchased UPCs for their product. This means we cannot send our own legal and licensed product into Amazon. They keep telling me to report it through brand registry which I have. I am in the usual Amazon loop of asking for information, providing it, them giving an answer to a totally unrelated problem, me stating the problem again and Amazon asking for information already provided. We are a reseller of used books and Amzaon asking approval from Carlsen to sell used books for this editor...But legally we don't need to ask approval from any editior to sell used books.

Nobody need editor approval to sell used books !
