Hello, I am trying to sell Huawei products on Amazon and when I try to create any listings I get redirected to a pages where it asks me to provide invoices from my supplier and a brand approval from HUAWEI. I have uploaded my invoices from my supplier and I have checked to make sure it meets every requirement on the checklist from Amazon. I have also attached my supplier's authorisation license issued by Huawei but I keep getting the same automated response from Amazon saying we are unable to verify your supplier. I don't understand what more they want when I my invoice includes all of my supplier's details and contact information. They have now requested me to provide my supplier's supplier's invoices. I don't understand this request at all. Why would any company provide the details to their customer about their supplier especially their invoices from their suppliers?

I've just submitted my Brand Registry application after receiving my trade mark certificate in the UK last week. My question is am I able to sell in the US and have the same protections because I have Brand Registry in the UK? I really don't want to sell as generic.

The case id is 9620088072 (for the moderators) . I have bought 10 items in beauty category on Amazon com and at my first application i got this response below. I thought it was rejected because of the timing of the application because then the products weren't delivered then after they were delivered i applied again and i got the lowest response from Amazon. Why? Now those 10 products will be waste of money?
