Account close USA Canada Mexico
Need help to close my US, Canada and Mexico seller central account and they keep charging me money even if I deactivated my all account. Please help me out and there is no way I can reach out to them through chat or phone.

please is there any way I can stop them charging on credit card. I have remove all my inventory and deactivated USA Canada and Mexico account. But still they keep on charging me. Tried removing my credit card but not able to remove it as well. PLEASE HELP

It sounds like you have the Professional Plan and need to downgrade to the Individual Plan. Follow the instructions here: Switch to an Individual selling plan

Hello there, my name is CR and wanted to hop in here. Taking a quick peek at your account I can see that you have already downgraded from the Professional plan to the Individual plan. Mexico will remain on the Professional plan but you will not get charged if you downgraded the other two locations.
To close your account permanently, you will need to follow the below steps which can be found here as well:
Steps to take before closing your seller account
If you decide to permanently close your account, follow these steps:
- Fulfill any outstanding orders.
- Wait 90 days after your last sale to ensure the A-to-z Guarantee claims period is honored.
- Wait until you have a zero balance in your account (your next disbursement or charge date).
- Resolve all of your transactions with buyers, including issuing any necessary refunds.
- Confirm that your bank account information on file is up-to-date to receive a final payment.
- Check your Performance notifications to make sure that all the reasons for your account's suspension have been resolved and your account is restored.
