Upon deep investigation I found that I had registered one account last year when I didn't learn amazon and I left that account as it is. Now after some time I took classes and then registered new account with new name and detail , Now I have provided all details of 1st account and activate my 1st account as per amazon instruction but still my primary account is deactivated, I put my all money/time on this business and I love this business so much but suddenly amazon deactivated my account and nobody is responding with correct guideline? This is so insecure business for anybody now, I dont find anything wrong on my account, may be I used my laptop on public places and due to that reason my account shows multiple account voilation issue. Now after spending 1 and half year , amazon suddenly stop my work, how I can reactivate my account? I am so upset and disappointed. This is such a nice business to do and I love this business but what can I do now, I am unable to continue. Amazon should help me and guide me what to do? If i did some mistake unintentionally then they should guide me properly. I will never repeat that mistake again. Amazon team please help me.

I see that your account is deactivated for a violation of the multiple accounts policy and you would like some guidance on how to get this resolved.
You mentioned that you have reinstated your original account. This would make your current account eligible for reinstatement. Have you appealed in this account showing that your original account has been reactivated as of yet? If not, I suggest to take a screenshot of the notification you received when your original account was reactivated and submit this in an appeal in your current account. Once this has been reviewed and verified, this account should be reinstated.
