BRAND attribute box
hi there,
If company A purchases some Generic trays from a UK importer, can company A create a new ASIN with the brand of their company.
we are trying to do this and cant get anything in the brand box to work, we dont want to create a gtin exemption, we dont want to use generic.
we are purchasing generic items and wanting to use our own brand ( not trademarked) in the brand box, but it needs approval. if its not trademarked does anyone know how this is achieved,
not looking to brand register, just to get brand approval for our own brand

In order to apply your brand you are required to have your brand trademarked and enrolled in amazons brand registry
But as you say, the item is generic anyway ?! So should be listed as such
