I know this is an old issue that whas been discussed many times on the forum and I am sorry to rake it up again.

I was very clearly told via seller support (so it must be right!!) that the Evri labels taht are offered in the buy shipping modual are accepted at Evri drop off points. On my system they are not.

The actual reply fro SS was: Amazon answer: If you want to use Amazon’s negotiated Evri drop-off rates and begin purchasing shipping service levels immediately, no additional setup is required. You will be able to see the delivery options in Buy Shipping. If you are using this option, you have to drop off your seller-fulfilled orders at a Evri Parcel Shop.

I have checked and double checked all my onboarding and shipping settings but still I can only print 'collection' evri labels.

Is anyone able to use the buy shipping process to purchase Evri labels that can be accepted at a drop off shop?

If any Amazon mods would like to take a look at this please dont be shy
