hello everyone, hope everyone reading this is doing well, the time at which i started selling on amazon or was planning to, i didn’t opt for brand registry at that time as i didn’t make much of it and didn’t foresee to implications down the road, some time ago another seller started selling on my listing and it sucks to have to compete for buy box with them, my margins are already low as is and this added factor worsens them, would getting brand registry be beneficial in anyway right now? is there something i can still do to not be apart of this listing civil war?

if you enrol in brand registry you will have to create a new listing for the item, you cannot change the Brand on the current listing as the other seller is correctly selling on the generic listing
is this an item that you have designed and made yourself or a generic item bulk purchased ?

Do you have a registered trade mark? you would need that for brand registry, and branded packaging (permanently branded, not just a sticker)
