Amazon Account Manager
Does anyone have an actual human account manager they can actually speak to at Amazon? If so, I do I obtain one? I have so many issues with Amazon at the moment.I have spent well north of £500’000 in fees over the years and I am sick to the back teeth of the way they treat us and don’t value our business. Perhaps some of the multi million pound companies do, but otherwise no.
There is a scheme which you can pay for (Very expensive from memory), where they will allocate you a manager, but probably not worth the effort.
It’s just not something that Amazon does any more. They are far too big to care about us sellers…
And to be honest, if you did get one, it would probably be a robot!
