Canadian selling in Amazon USA: Why is my VTR "N/A"?

Canadian selling in Amazon USA: Why is my VTR "N/A"?

I have a VTR in my Amazon Canada account, but for my shipments going to USA my VTR is N/A, even after 31+ days.

Is this because shipments going from Canada->USA are exempt from VTR as an international shipment (from non-US or non-China)?

I have been using more expensive USPS over a cheaper non integrated tracked option, and if this is the case I will go with the cheaper options! Thank you for letting me know.

Hello @workphlo. Thanks for checking in with the Seller Forums. As you suggest and as Per our VTR seller help page:

"Packages shipped from outside of the US and China into the US are exempted from VTR calculation."

Are those shipments being exempted for your calculation?
