Account Deactivated And No reponse after submission of everything
Hi
My account was deactivated I got a notification to upload a utility bill, and I uploaded the Internet bill after that amazon asked for a chargeable credit card I completed that step and Amazon cut 40$ fee after that amazon asked for Identity verification via the persona I uploaded my ID and face pictures
after all of these steps now Amazon not activating my account. Please solve my issue my account is deactivated and even I cannot talk to any associate about my account.
what should I do?
please solve my problem I am worried

Did you upload a valid credit card, not a debit card?
