GTIN Exemption

Hi Guys

Im trying to get GTIN exemption but seem to be getting stuck

I have reached out to seller support and they are no use what so ever
They just go round in circles and even off on a tangent with what they are asking me

As you can see from the screen shot it says i have been approved for GTIN exemption But i have nowhere to go from here
I was under the impression it would have a continue box where i then have to submit my pictures etc

Can anyone assist/guide me through this process that has done it before

The products are just a generic brand that arent listed on amazon yet at all
