I have a Disbursement that is shown in my payments page as being Acknowledged by the bank on 04/10/2024.
Yet the funds are not in my account and upon contacting my bank they cannot see the transaction and state that they require an 18 digit TRN to look into the transaction.
I have raised numerous cases (6) with amazon help to try to get hold of this TRN and each time i just get sent a Transfer Id or Trace ID which my bank say they cannot use, and the case gets closed so I have to go through the loop again.
Please can someone advise how i can get out of this loop?

This was dispersed on the 15th . how is this allowed when ebay is an instant transfer..

Thank you for using the Forums, I am sorry you are having issues with this disbursement. Our teams only have access to trace ID, which is the information you have been provided by our Support teams and usually is the information the financial institutions use to track disbursements.

@Seller_1OFp9rinVc3Tl Thank you for your patience. Our payments team has confirmed that we attempted to disburse the funds to your bank, but they fail to accept it, subsequently the funds were returned to your balance and have been paid out in the following disbursement date.
Our payments team does not have further information on why your bank rejected the payment, for further support, you will need to ask your bank for potential reasons on why a disbursement would be rejected.
