Get very frustrated with some feedback I have received.
Negative feedback for item not arrived. No prior contact and no a-z. Just the negative.
Annoying thing is item has been delivered via Royal Mail. Where tracking shows delivered.
Amazon state they will strike through any delivered items where feedback makes reference to delivery. Keep going round in circles with CS asking me to use feedback manager. I do this but it’s not eligible for removal as it is not a product review or contain profanities. There is not option to request removal due to delivery issue. Can a mod possibly intervene?
I’ve had the same problem. Ask to speak to a supervisor and you might get some joy.
If you find this frustrating I have a feedback where the customer has now directly contacted Amazon customer services and asked them to remove the feedback, instead of them helping to remove the feedback they forwarded the message to me. As discussed in previous messages the feedback removal process is very complicated if you’ve not done it before and this customer doesn’t know how to cancel the evaluation. I contacted Amazon seller support and they can clearly see the customer has asked to remove the feedback but they also keep sending me the feedback manager message. I spend more time trying to fix issues that are clear cut than I do working!

Did you use Buy Shipping for the label?
sadly, any system where you can leave feedback/reviews you will always get a negative even though you have done everything right.
if removal is denied you'll just have to live with it, you can write a follow up that is written in a nice way explaining that sometime things go wrong with carriers, and had the customer contacted you then you could have resolved, but there was no contact
I dont think too many take to much notice of feedback and reviews especially if only 1 or 2 are bad
I had a neg because the Amazon driver the item for the buyer safe, when the driver was denied access by a locked gate. So Amazon error or Buyer issue? either way was not in our control, but hey Amazon would not remove it.
However it got me thinking, that years ago Feedback was an honest an reliable way to question sellers ability to offer a good online service. Plus 99% of Amazon buyers never leave feedback, but 100% of anyone with a gripe does. Now it can no longer be trusted as a shopping tool as it is no longer truthful or accurate, thanks to dishonest and unreliable feedback not being removed and most never leaving positive at all.
It might as well not exist now, I know for one, I never use it anymore when buying an item,
