Sandbox to Life?

Hi there, is there a trick to get from Sandbox to life productiv view. I have set productiv view in the back end but in my shop there still everything runs on sandbox. Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. I received now answer from amazon support. I had put seller central for amazon pay from sandbox to produciv but had not yet put my webshop too from sandbox to productive. So Sandbox mode was still aktiv in my shop. I corrected that and hope with the help of amazon support it will work.
