SFP Listings being suppressed when "Prime Only" button being checked
We had an issue a few weeks ago where for some reason our listings had died, we had gone from 10-20 sales a day to zero. Figured it was the weather/school holidays etc but after a few days I checked everything and even though our listings were live, as in you could click on them in the inventory and it would open up as live, you couldn’t find them in the search listings.
I raised a case with seller support and within an hour they were visible again. I am still having one issue and wanted to check to see if any others are having a problem.
I search for my listing, see if visible, click on the “Prime Only” checkbox and then they disappear. In fact, I checked two or three different search terms, did a spot check of the listings on “Prime Only” and they were all FBA and I couldn’t see one which was SFP. If you search for “Drawing Board” then click on the “Prime Only” box you should see what I mean…unless Im losing the plot which could be the case lol.
Is this something that’s happening to anyone else?

This is an on going issue we have with seller support. They just cannot understand the issue despite screenshots clearly showing what is going wrong.
If you do a generic search for an item it shows all the SFP offers, you then click ‘show all prime’ and it removes ALL SFP listings and just shows Amazon retails own offerings.
There is certainly something not right.

This has happened to us too. The SFP listings have a Prime badge on but if I filter by ticking the Prime box they disappear! I have contacted seller support to see what they say.
Do you use RM for SFP? I wonder if it is because Amazon are treating T24 as 2 day delivery service.
I have also noticed over the weekend that the Prime badge disappears from the listings altogether despite us now working Saturdays to keep our SFP. Which now seems to make the weekend working totally pointless!!

I’ve had the same issue. Been going on about 8 weeks. Unfortunately for me 90% of my best sellers are SFP… my sale are down 80% or so.
Somebody on this thread seems to have gotten the best response from SS:
Basically aware of the issue and say they are not phasing out SFP.
For 6 weeks SS have been telling me they are working it with no timescale of a fix. I think they are waiting for me to go out business.
