Positive feedback not being uploaded.
There are some feedbacks positive which i do not see in feedback manager but are on the listing page about the same product.
However there are many positive feedbacks in feedback manager which are not on the listing page , how can they be counted in as positive feedback and gets displayed on item's listing page.
Currently the item stands at 3.8 star but if those feedbacks (which are laying dead in feedback manager) gets displayed and counted in on the listing page, we can easily achieve 4.5 star.
I havent spoken or written to amazon yet !
Any advise ?

yes.
Seller feedback and Product reviews are separate.
Product reviews left as product reviews or ratings don’t appear on seller feedback and seller feedback (even if 100% a product review is not transferred to an ASIN).

Hello @Seller_PB8Ch6g23BGRE,
As @Seller_ZJhFeE3tNKzfh explained, there is a difference between customer reviews and seller feedback.
Customer reviews are about the product, and seller feedback is about the seller and the purchase experience. Customer reviews do not affect your seller performance metrics, but seller feedback can have an impact on your seller performance metrics.
Additionally, there are some specific rules regarding how the feedback rating is displayed to the customers:
If you have more than 10 buyer feedbacks over the previous 12 months, customers will see your 12 month feedback rating and lifetime feedback total ratings in the following format on the Offer Listings page:
XX% positive over the past 12 months. (YYYY total ratings).
If you have less than 10 buyer feedbacks in the previous 12 months, or all of your feedbacks are in the past year, customers will see your lifetime feedback rating and lifetime feedback total ratings in the following format on the Offer Listings page:
XX% positive. (YYYY total ratings).
