Returnless Refunds
Hello there, i trade on Amazon UK and most of the EU regions, recently i have started to get so many ‘Returnless Refund requests’ which all seem to get auto refunded, i am sure 50% of them are fake as some are going through much before the delivery will even take place.
What is the way around this, can it be turned off?
My return address is set to UK as default.
Please advise, Amazon are auto refunding about 2-3 orders per day

You need to set an eu return address for eu orders otherwise orders under €25 will be returnless refunds

When you sell on EU marketplaces, so for example Germany (through amazon.de) you need a local return address in Germany otherwise orders valued under 25 will be refunded automatically.
“From October 5, 2021, all MFN Selling Partners that sell on the European stores Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.de, Amazon.fr, Amazon.es, Amazon.it, and fulfill customer orders from abroad, are required to provide Amazon with a default domestic return address for items equal or under £20 or €25 (including VAT) or otherwise offer Returnless Refunds for these items. For example, if you are fulfilling orders from Amazon.de from outside Germany, then you are required to provide a German default return address (or a Returnless Refund) if the item is equal or under €25 (including VAT)”

How can this be done? I need to address with urgency, has become very alarming now, i have had to dedicate one of my staff 2 hours per day to just go through returns

what I did was raise the prices of goods up to 25 euros and one cent so that they could not be given a returnless refund goods that could not be put at the minimum 25,01 I removed. I lost about 500 euros of goods before I got it stopped by taking the above action. You are quite correct many customers took advantage of this policy they would buy and wait till 24 hours after it was dispatched so they would get the goods and an auto refund.
This policy wiped out my international sales on Amazon as most of the goods I can list are now too expensive
