Account deactivated last year over lost FBA
Approximately a year ago, I experienced a loss of over 30k worth of laptops at an Amazon FBA warehouse. Despite providing various evidence and details, including parcel weights, Amazon deactivated my account on the grounds of violating FBA terms.
Subsequently, I decided to take legal action and pursued the matter in court. Amazon’s legal representative from Eversheds Sutherland, who was assigned to my case, has acknowledged that a mistake was made and assured me of receiving full reimbursement for the loss. Additionally, they have indicated that my account will be reactivated. The initial communication with Amazon’s legal representative took place in January, and despite their reassurances, I have yet to receive the reimbursement in question or witness the reactivation of my account.
Throughout this process, I have kept the Management team informed by including them in all correspondence; however, I have not received any apologies or proactive communication from their end.
Regrettably, it appears that the resolution and reimbursement may only materialize through the court proceedings. I am interested in hearing from individuals who may have encountered similar situations in the past and would greatly appreciate any insights or information regarding the outcomes they experienced.

Without knowing all of the ins and outs here, it’s difficult to comment.
By taking legal action, you “may” end up getting your funds back, but they certainly don’t have to let you back on the site at all. That is something that you just can’t force them to do.
Why did they think that you have violated the FBA terms?

In writing - to your solicitor ? And in court ? Or an outside settlement ?
Is your solicitor not pursuing this as a matter of urgency
If the courts judgement has not been acted upon, you have the right to take further action
