Disbursement and account not verified issue how many are affected still ?

can I ask how many of us are still affected by this? I suspect a lot, I have not been able to disburse since before Christmas

Customer support just send the standard we will get back to you response

I can’t believe I m the only one still still with an issue,

Surely if there is enough of us we could take it further? Press maybe? Last time there was a mess didn’t an MP get involved?

Amazon are a law upon themselves and treat us sellers like rubbish, it’s looking more likely that after 16 years on here this year will be my last as it is a constant battle, luckily I do not rely on Amazon but when I have thousands in my account I cannot disburse it is extremely frustrating and worrying.

They know there is n issue, they must know yet their silence is deafening…….

Sorry to hear you still have not got yours sorted. There are a few threads on this so hard to keep track of how many are still affected (i suspect a fair few). Started for us on the 22nd December.

1.Went to manage deposit methods, then clicked on manage excisting deposit methods (somewhere top right) and tryed to verify from there. Had to upload statement, and recieved verifyed email within 2 hours, but was still showing as not verifyed.

2. Then went to manage deposit methods and selected replace deposit method and re-entered the same details and was asked to upload statement and was verifyed in approx 1-2 hours. Then a 3 day hold before allowed to disburse.

I noticed by accident that I was affected by this "Account not verified issue". Weird thing is it actually says "Verified" on one page, it is only when you click the "Manage deposit methods" that you can see that it need to be verified (Yet again). I suspect a lot of other people are unaware of this issue and will be finding out over the next week or so.

We’ve attempted verifying the bank accounts, but this hasn’t resolved the issue. Disbursements have been unavailable since December 24th, and we’ve reported this to Amazon Seller Support. I recommend that everyone affected report this to Seller Support so that it can be prioritised and investigated.

After updating the deposit method using the "replace new deposit method" (despite using the same bank account for 10 years), the funds were in the account level reserve for 72 hours and this morning I was able to disburse however the status currently says "disbursement status Started" and the processing hasn't been initiated yet (no green dot) after about 7 hours later.

Hoping this disbursement doesn't get cancelled after 24 hours like the previous one and will processed Monday morning. We need these funds to pay our bills and it has created a lot of anxiety during a time when as a business owner we should be able to relax a little bit.

same here, when i go to verify bank it goes straight to an invalid page, tried on chrome ,explorer and firefox

I then spent 1 hour chatting to seller support, they were kind of helpful but kept asking for routing number and bank account number, routing number is invalid, Barclays gave me this by 2 different phone calls, also gave him sort code and swift.

He has gone away now and passed it on to finance dept (I hope)
