Any advice on avoiding delayed shipment?

We are a not for profit only open 4 days a week. If an order arrives on Saturday evening there is no way it can be shipped until Wednesday. Is there any way we can avoid being penalised for this?

increase your handling time to 5 days, hopefully that will tie you to the next wednesday

Go to Inventory -> Your Chosen Listing -> Edit -> Handling Time.
