Our AGL shipments are severely delayed, one of which arrived at the destination port over 40 days ago and is still not being delivered to FC. This is the 3rd severely delayed shipment in a row. All of our shipments are just delayed and delayed again. It is ridiculous that the number of days from arrival is sufficient to ship anywhere in the US. Seller support responses are consistently dismissive and fail to provide any substantive assistance.
Amazon limits our inventory capacity, making it impossible to send enough safety stock earlier to avoid stockouts. It is absolutely impossible to maintain adequate inventory when all shipments are severely delayed.
We paid high peak season storage fees and high FBA inbound placement service fees, only to end up completely out of stock during peak season. Neither AGL nor FC takes responsibility for on-time delivery, just arbitrary delays. How could Amazon take all the extra fees and do nothing? How could FC, after charging all the fees, continue to refuse to accept shipments and not even ensure normal warehouse entry for such a long period?
Is there any way to substantively resolve our plight?
