Issue with VAT registration dashboard
Hello there,
I am having a problem with my VAT registration for Germany. Although my tax partner rightfully uploaded our Tax certificate to Amazon, the dashboard status has not been changed from “Application submitted” to “Registration completed”.
I talked to my Amazon account manager about this issue on Saturday, and they told me that as far as they can see on their dashboard, the tax partner has not notified that the German registration has been completed. But when I ask the tax partner, they say the problem is on the Amazon side and that Amazon should be the ones moving the status to completed.
I have submitted several claims to customer support and called my tax partner many times but nobody has been able to help so far. I am quite frustrated and does not know what to do.

Have you checked if your number is showing on the VIES database ?
